Ezekiel's Wheels, the AI Frontier, and Multiplying the Talents

As I continue reading through Ezekiel, I find myself completely captivated by the imagery. Ezekiel's visions—the cherubim, the intersecting wheels, the sheer, terrifying glory of the Lord—are so complex that human attempts to draw them often fall flat. But God keeps prompting me with a specific idea: use AI to help illustrate these visions and glorify Him.
I tread cautiously here. I know many Christians look at AI and assume it is a tool of the enemy. But history repeats itself; people said the exact same thing about the internet. And frankly, they were mostly right—80 to 90% of the internet is not used to glorify God. But we cannot abandon the digital town square. We have to reach people where they are. If this technology bubble is a new frontier, we must claim ground for the Kingdom. If the Holy Spirit ever gives me a clear check in my spirit, I will walk away instantly. But right now, He is pressing me forward.
I am currently building a course called "Hundo X"—a play on 100x. It is based directly on the Parable of the Talents. God has given us unprecedented tools to multiply our knowledge, our study, and our reach. Why wouldn't we use them to 100x our impact for His Kingdom? You can use tools like Blue Letter Bible, but you can also use AI to unpack complex theological problems or ask, "What are ten biblical ways to witness to this specific friend?" You use the tool to generate the ideas, and then you take those ideas directly to the Holy Spirit in prayer. AI doesn't replace the Holy Spirit; it simply accelerates the work.
We live in unquestionably dark times. The enemy wants to convince the world that God is irrelevant and out of touch. But God's truth applies to today, and if "AI for Jesus" is how we illustrate that truth to a lost generation, I am all in. But as I read Ezekiel, I am also reminded of the danger of arrogance. We are a rebellious nation, and my own arrogance has often been my demise. We must use these tools with deep humility, doing our absolute best to multiply our talents, knowing that we put in the work, but God alone takes care of the results.
Today's SOAP
S - Scripture
Ezekiel 12:25 (NIV): "But I the LORD will speak what I will, and it shall be fulfilled without delay. For in your days, you rebellious people, I will fulfill whatever I say, declares the Sovereign LORD."
Matthew 25:20-21 (NIV): "The man who had received five bags of gold brought the other five. 'Master,' he said, 'you entrusted me with five bags of gold. See, I have gained five more.' His master replied, 'Well done, good and faithful servant!'"
O - Observation
In Ezekiel 12, the people of Israel had grown cynical, claiming that days were passing by and visions were coming to nothing. They became arrogant and rebellious, dismissing God's word. But God firmly declared that whatever He speaks will be fulfilled without delay. God's timeline and His truth are absolute. In the New Testament, Jesus teaches that we are not to bury our heads in the sand while we wait for His word to be fulfilled. We are called to be faithful stewards, taking the "gold"—or the tools and technology of our generation—and boldly multiplying them for the Master.
A - Application
I cannot allow the skepticism of the world, or even the skepticism of other believers, to stop me from multiplying what God has put in my hands. I will use AI to 100x my study, my creativity, and my ability to reach lost people. But I will do it with the sober realization of Ezekiel 12: God is sovereign, and my own arrogance will lead to my demise. I must keep the Holy Spirit as my ultimate guide, ensuring that I am putting in the hard work while leaving the final results and the fulfillment of the vision entirely up to the Lord.
P - Prayer
Sovereign Lord, forgive me for the times my arrogance has blinded me. Thank You for the incredible tools and technology You have allowed us to access in this generation. Help me to be a faithful steward of these resources. Guide me as I build "Hundo X" and seek to use AI to glorify You. Keep my heart humble, ensuring that I never replace Your Holy Spirit with a digital tool. Multiply my efforts for Your Kingdom. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Today's Challenge:
Look at the tools, resources, or technology you have access to right now. Are you burying your "talents" out of fear, or are you using them to multiply your impact for God's Kingdom? Today, take one tool you use for secular work or entertainment—whether it's social media, AI, or a specific skill—and ask the Holy Spirit to show you how to leverage it to reach one lost person or deepen your own study of the Word.
